He noted that the world is undergoing accelerating momentous changes unseen in a century. No matter how the international and regional situations may change, it remains the unswerving position of the CPC and the Chinese government to safeguard, consolidate and grow the traditional friendly and cooperative relations with the DPRK. Under the new circumstances, China is ready to work with the DPRK to strengthen strategic communication, deepen practical cooperation, and advance the China-DPRK relations in pace with the times for greater development, so as to bring more benefits to the two peoples and make greater contributions to safeguarding regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.
