Wang Yi said that China-Nepal relations have withstood the test of the evolving international landscape and maintain a sound and stable development momentum as always, making this relationship a good example of equality and win-win cooperation between countries of different sizes. During the successful visit of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda to China, the leaders of the two states reached a series of new important consensus, and the two sides issued a joint statement that is rich in content and planned cooperation in various fields. China will firmly support Nepal in safeguarding national independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity and in taking a development path suiting its national situation. China will be a strong supporter of Nepal in safeguarding national sovereignty and independence and a reliable partner in national development and revitalization.

Urmila Aryal said that the Trans-Himalaya Forum helps strengthen connectivity and cooperation in various fields among regional countries, and is convenient for other countries to learn about China's development experience to achieve better development. China and Nepal enjoy traditional friendship, and their cooperation fields are constantly expanding, which makes the bilateral relations more significant. The two sides always support each other in core interests and major and sensitive issues, which is the basis of the bilateral relation development. As China's close friend and partner, Nepal attaches great importance to Nepal-China relations, firmly adheres to the one-China policy, and will never allow any force to use Nepal's land to engage in any activity against China.
