On November 14, 2012, Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun attended the reception marking the 69th anniversary of independence of Lebanon on invitation. On the occasion, Zhai exchanged ideas with Mr. Mohammed Skayni, Chargé d'affaires ad interim of Embassy of Lebanon in China on bilateral ties and international and regional issues of common concern.
