From July 6 to 7, 2023, Special Representative for Human Rights of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China Yang Xiaokun held consultations with Assistant Minister for Human Rights of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Khaled El-Bakly on human rights in Egypt, and held exchanges with Director of the Huma Rights Department of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States Mounir El-Fassi. They had an exchange of views on their respective human rights philosophy, progress in the human rights cause and multilateral human rights work.
