On June 8, 2016, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Ming met with visiting Minister at the Presidency for Spatial Planning and the Delegate-General for Major Projects Jean Jacques Bouya of the Republic of Congo. Both sides exchanged views on China-Congo relations, the implementation of achievements from the Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) and other international and regional topics of common interest.
