On November 27, 2017, Assistant Foreign Minister Chen Xiaodong met with Minister at the Presidency for Spatial Planning and the Delegate-General for Major Projects Jean Jacques Bouya of the Republic of Congo and his delegation. Both sides exchanged views on China-Congo relations and relevant issues on bilateral cooperation.
