On August 10 local time, when jointly meeting the press with Foreign Minister François Louncény Fall of Guinea, Foreign Minister Wang Yi expressed that China will focus on helping Guinea establish three development systems of independent industry, food security and public health prevention and control and solve three livelihood issues of employment, food and health.

Wang Yi said that China is willing to take mining exploitation as the locomotive to carry out production capacity cooperation with Guinea thus help it establish independent industrial system and solve employment problem, take bilateral cooperation in agriculture and fishery as the entry point to help it establish food security system thus solve food problem and take health care as the breakthrough point to help it establish public health prevention and control system thus solve health problem.

Wang Yi noted that China's help in establishing the three development systems and solving the three livelihood issues is not only for Guinea but also for the whole Africa. China is ready to continuously stand together with its African brothers in their course of development and revitalization.
