On October 31, 2016, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Ming met in Beijing with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Guineans Abroad Hadja Makalé Camara of Guinea, who was accompanying President Lansana Conté of Guinea for his visit to China. Both sides exchanged views on President Lansana Conté's visit in China, China-Guinea relations and international and regional topics of common concern.
