Attaching great importance to China-Guinea relations, China is willing to work with Guinea to promote the in-depth development of bilateral relations, so as to better benefit the two peoples. Both sides should enhance political mutual trust, constantly carry forward bilateral traditional friendship and continue to understand and support each other on issues concerning respective core interests and major concerns in the next stage. The two countries need to strengthen win-win cooperation, advance cooperation in infrastructure construction, mineral development, agriculture and other fields, reinforce non-governmental friendship, and expand cooperation in such fields as science, technology, culture, health, human resource development, media, think-tank, youth and woman. Cooperation in peace and security should be enhanced. China hopes to support Guinea to improve its capacity building in security, safeguarding stability and law enforcement. Both sides should cement cooperation in multilateral affairs. China supports Guinea's efforts in advancing Africa's unity and self-improvement as the rotating presidency of the Africa Union (AU).

Xi Jinping noted that China and Africa are good friends, good partners and good brothers. China's policy towards Africa featuring sincerity, practical results, affinity and good faith and the correct value of friendship, justice and shared interests are to closely combine China's development with aiding Africa's development, so as to achieve win-win cooperation and common development. China welcomes all African countries, including Guinea, to actively participate in the "Belt and Road" construction, in a bid to better benefit people of China and Africa.

Alpha Condé thanked President Xi Jinping for inviting him to attend the Dialogue of Emerging Market and Developing Countries as the AU rotating presidency, which embodies China's attachment of importance to Africa once again. Guinea-China friendly cooperation enjoys rapid development. The Guinean side is ready to enhance cooperation in fishery, mining industry and other fields as well as in the cause of West Africa's development, and reinforce exchanges in state governance and administration with China.
