The two countries need to step up political guidance and overall planning, to implement the key cooperation projects in the fields of infrastructure, energy, agriculture, fisheries and others. Both sides would strengthen their support through particular policies, innovate the mode and upgrade the level of cooperation, to benefit the two peoples.

Mozambique welcomes more Chinese companies joining in bilateral cooperation in the fields of human resources training, agriculture, energy and infrastructure in Mozambique to achieve the common development of the two countries.

Xi Jinping said that he recently visited Tanzania, South Africa and the Republic of Congo , seeing by his own eyes the robust development in Africa and feeling the warmth of the African people to the Chinese people. He felt that Africa is a continent filled with hope and vitality and as an important force rising in the international community. The African countries and the people will soon celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Organization of African Unity, with peace and development entering a new stage. Africa must stay stable and united and pursue a path suitable to itself so as to accomplish African rejuvenation. China will, as always, support Africa's efforts to promote peace and development and will join the efforts with the African side for the common development.
