On April 7, 2016, Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Ming met with Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Joey Bimha of Zimbabwe, who was paying a visit to China. Both sides exchanged views on China-Zimbabwe relations, the implementation of outcomes of the Summit of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Johannesburg and other issues of common concern.
