On the morning of July 10, 2017, Vice Foreign Minister Wang Chao met with Deputy Foreign Minister Halil Hyseni of Albania, who was in China for the 9th National Coordinators' Meeting for Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries. Both sides mainly exchanged views on bilateral relations, the "Belt and Road" construction, cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries and topics of common interest.
