On December 14, 2005, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo met with the delegation headed by Rasim Ljajic, Minister of the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights of Serbia and Montenegro. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and regional situation.
