China and Hungary Hold a Human Rights Dialogue

On September 10, 2021, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences of the Foreign Ministry Yang Tao and his Hungarian counterpart co-chaired the China-Hungary Human Rights Dialogue. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on their respective views on human rights and human rights achievements, multilateral cooperation on human rights, working priorities of the Human Rights Council, special mechanisms, rights of migrants, rights of minorities and protection of human rights in the context of the pandemic. Both sides agreed that the human rights dialogue was productive and are willing to continue maintaining communication and dialogue on human rights issues.
