On July 23, 2015, Vice Foreign Minister Wang Chao met with the outgoing Slovenian Ambassador to China Marija Adanja. Wang Chao appreciated Marija Adanja for her active promotion of China-Slovenia relations during her tenure as Ambassador to China, and hoped that she will continue to make contributions to the cause of China-Slovenia friendship. Marija Adanja thanked the Chinese side for the strong support during her tenure of office, and expressed that she will continue to actively care for and support Slovenia-China friendship and cooperation.
