On September 12, 2019, Vice Foreign Minister Qin Gang attended and addressed the national day and army day reception held by the Slovak Embassy in China upon invitation. Qin Gang expressed his congratulations on the national day and the army day of Slovakia and exchanged views with the Slovak Ambassador to China Dusan Bella on bilateral relations and other topics.
