On December 7, 2016, Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Haixing attended at invitation the Independence Day and the National Day reception held by the Finnish Embassy in China, during which he exchanged views with Finnish Ambassador to China Marja Rislakki on China-Finland relations and topics of common concern.
