On Aug. 14, 2013, Vice Foreign Minister Song Tao met with H.E. Krieger Carlo, Ambassador of Luxembourg to China, to bid farewell for his departure.

Song Tao spoke positively of China-Luxembourg relationship.He expressed appreciation for Ambassador Krieger Carlo for his efforts of pushing forward bilateral relations. Hope the Ambassador will continue to contribute more to the development of China-Luxembourg and China-EU relations.

Ambassador Krieger Carlo thanked the Chinese side for providing support and convenience for him to perform his duties in China. He expressed his willingness for continuing to make efforts for promoting Luxembourg-China and EU-China relations.
