On November 25, 2019, Director-General of the Department of Arms Control of the Foreign Ministry Fu Cong met at request with Christine Cipolla, Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Beijing. Both sides exchanged views on topics including China's initiation of its accession to the Arms Trade Treaty and cyber security.
