China always believes that the issue of missile defense should be addressed cautiously from the perspective of maintaining global strategic stability and improving mutual trust. We advocate that all parties should fully respect and accommodate each other's security concerns, refrain from pursuing one's own security at the expense of others, and ensure security for all through win-win cooperation.
