On October 20, 2022, Ambassador Li Lianhe of the Department of West Asian and North African Affairs of the Foreign Ministry visited Sudan and met with Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali Al-Sadiq Ali. They exchanged views on China-Sudan relations, the building of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum, as well as international and regional issues of mutual interest and concern.
