Li Yuanchao noted that you paid a special trip to China as the Special Envoy of the President to apologize for the death and injuries caused to the Chinese citizens of the border region by the Myanmar warplane and expressed the willingness of Myanmar to properly handle the issues related to this incident, for which China is affirmative .
