On January 25, 2018, Secretary General of the Chinese Follow-up Committee of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) and Director-General of the Department of African Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Dai Bing met with Minister at the Presidency for Spatial Planning and the Delegate-General for Major Projects Jean Jacques Bouya of the Republic of Congo. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral relations, the FOCAC Summit in 2018 and other topics of common interest.
