On June 27, 2018, Secretary General of the Chinese Follow-up Committee of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) and Director-General of the Department of African Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Dai Bing met with Minister at the Presidency for Spatial Planning and the Delegate-General for Major Projects Jean Jacques Bouya of the Republic of Congo. Both sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and cooperation, the FOCAC Beijing Summit and other issues of common concern.
