On November 30, 2021, Assistant Foreign Minister Wu Jianghao met with outgoing Indian Ambassador to China Vikram Misri.

Wu Jianghao affirmed Vikram Misri's efforts to maintain and promote China-India relations during the years as Ambassador to China. He hopes that Vikram Misri will continue to care for and support the development of China-India relations at his new post.

Vikram Misri expressed his gratitude for China's positive support during his tenure, and said that he will continue contributing to the development of India-China relations.
